We’re flexible with time zones and use async communication tools effectively. Our team is available during overlapping business hours for real-time collaboration when needed.

We work with a wide range of clients — from small businesses and startups to digital agencies and enterprise organizations. We also work directly with business owners who need a reliable, long-term WordPress team they can trust.

Getting started is simple! Book a free consultation call through our website. During the call, we’ll discuss your project requirements, timeline, and goals. We’ll then provide a detailed proposal with scope, pricing, and deliverables. Once approved, we begin with a thorough audit of your current setup before moving into implementation.

Retainers & Maintenance

Monthly plans to keep your site running smoothly.

A WordPress maintenance retainer is a monthly service where we continuously maintain, monitor, and support your website to ensure it remains secure and functional.

Our retainer plans include WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring, security scanning, performance checks, and a dedicated pool of development hours each month for changes, fixes, and improvements. Higher-tier plans include priority response times and more development hours. See our Services page for full plan details.

Yes — all our retainer plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. We believe in earning your continued business through excellent service, not lock-in contracts. Most of our retainer clients have been with us for 1–3+ years because they genuinely value what we deliver.

Without regular maintenance, websites can experience security vulnerabilities, broken functionality, slow performance, or compatibility issues with new updates.

Response times depend on your plan tier. Our Priority plan includes 2-hour emergency response. Growth plan includes 12-hour response, and Starter plan includes 48-hour response. For critical site-down emergencies, retainer clients always get prioritized. Non-retainer clients can also request emergency support on a case-by-case basis at our emergency rate.

Yes. Many businesses hire us on a monthly development retainer to implement new features, improve performance, and continuously enhance their website.

Unused hours do not roll over to the next month by default. However, we work closely with all our retainer clients to make sure every hour is utilized effectively. If you consistently have unused hours, we may suggest adjusting your plan tier, or we can proactively use those hours on site improvements, performance tuning, or security hardening.

Yes. Continuous monitoring allows us to identify performance issues early and keep the website running efficiently.

We also integrate WooCommerce with third-party services like payment gateways, CRMs, ERPs, and shipping providers.

Absolutely. WooCommerce performance optimization is one of our most requested services. We audit your store’s database, queries, caching, hosting, images, and third-party scripts. Fast stores convert better, and we’ve helped dozens of clients significantly increase their revenue through speed alone.

Security & Malware

Protecting your WordPress site from threats.

Yes — we handle malware cleanup and hack recovery regularly. Our process includes complete malware removal, vulnerability patching, security hardening, and Google blacklist removal (if applicable). We also set up ongoing monitoring to prevent future attacks. Most cleanups are completed within 24 hours.

Most attacks occur due to outdated plugins, weak passwords, vulnerable themes, or insecure hosting environments.

Our security hardening process includes: implementing web application firewalls, securing wp-admin access, enforcing strong authentication, disabling XML-RPC and file editing, adding security headers, setting up real-time malware scanning, configuring automated backups, and keeping all software up to date. For retainer clients, security monitoring is included in every plan.

BrandBees Malware Guardian is our in-house WordPress security plugin that provides real-time malware scanning, integrity checks, and instant email alerts when suspicious activity is detected. It’s lightweight, doesn’t slow down your site, and is built from years of security experience. A Pro version with advanced features is coming soon.

Technical & Process

How we handle projects, hosting, and code.

Yes, absolutely. All custom code we develop for your project is 100% yours. Upon project completion and final payment, we transfer full ownership of all custom themes, plugins, and code. You’re free to use, modify, or redistribute it however you wish. We don’t hold your code or site hostage — ever.

Yes! We regularly help clients choose the right hosting for their needs and budget. We work with all major hosts — Cloudways, Kinsta, WP Engine, SiteGround, DigitalOcean, AWS, and more. We handle full server setup, configuration, optimization, SSL installation, and migration. For retainer clients, we also monitor uptime and handle hosting issues proactively.

Our process follows three phases: Audit — we review your current setup, identify issues, and document everything. Implement — we build or fix based on agreed scope, with regular progress updates. Maintain — we continue monitoring, optimizing, and supporting your site long-term. We use staging environments for all development and never push untested code to production.

Never. You always maintain full admin access to your WordPress site throughout the entire project. We work on staging/development environments and only push changes to your live site when they’re tested and approved. Your website continues to function normally while we work on improvements behind the scenes.
